afternoon and visit the Tate Liverpool and nice to see the Coral
again in the bar after the gig.

drastically different cathedrals for your pleasure today and
what a pair of corkers they are. When it comes to worshiping God
in Liverpool people really are spoilt for choice
Metropolitan
Cathedral. Architect Sir Frederick Gibberd's design was chosen
after a competition involving over 300 entrants, and building
began in October 1962. Fred got his idea when he saw a flying saucer
over the recently constructed M1
Liverpool's
giant Anglican Cathedral. The
foundation stone was laid on Tuesday 19th July 1904 by
King Edward VII with a thousand voice choir singing hallelujah.
