It's been a long time since we played here but the boys done good. A pristine venue with space age pneumatic stage and light curtains. Just around the corner is Brussels' famous 'Great Square' which I found to be pretty groovy actually.

The Great Square's origins date back as far a 1365 but it was rebuilt in 1697 after the French bombed the crap out of it. Built by the city's guilds in an adapted Italian Baroque style the represent the best of Benelux architecture The equestrian statue of Charles of Lorraine atop the Brewer's Guild at L'Arbre d'Or (Golden Tree) circa 1697  Another giant flash gilt building Typically the Musee du Chocolat is closed on a Monday, maybe next time. Cheer up love.

Is that the pope? The Musee of the city of Brussels in what could be City Hall And here, it's opening times, again closed on a Monday Brass statue of someone looking distinctly unwell Perhaps it's all those tourists coming up and rubbing him every five minutes.

Today's bright view from the dressing room Paul prepares to tip Dermot out of his flight case during load in Giant plants inhabit the French speaking wing of Belgium's national radio station Floor plan of the Ancienne Belgique, just in case you were planning to do a job on the place Big red glowing curtains (oh-err)

"Spare Energy turn it off" - I guess, but then my Flemish isn't that good. Strange communication tower looming up through the dark outside the National radio station Crazy bar at the Ancienne Belgique that looks like a display at the science musee
